Over $229 Billion sits in DAFs— Donor Advised Funds. Let’s put those funds to work.

If you are a DAF holder, your grants can go further with matching funds of over $2.1 million. Twice each year we match gifts at random made to nearly any nonprofit. This year, donations focused on strengthening democracy, education, or racial and gender justice have access to more matching funding.

• If you’re a DAF holder, here’s how to submit grants for random matches. The first drawing will be the weekend of June 28th and second will take place the weekend after September 27, 2024.

We started #HalfMyDAF in May 2020 to inspire more giving. Since then, the #HalfMyDAF community has moved over $50 Million from DAFs to thousands of nonprofits who transform that support into action.

The Amalgamated Foundation serves as our DAF sponsor, issuing matching grants to nonprofits and promoting #HalfMyDAF to their account holders.
